      Gary S. Rosensweig, a Partner in the law firm of Archer & Greiner, P.C., will serve as Chair of the Land Use Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) for 2008-09.

      Rosensweig is a past Secretary and past Vice Chair of the Land Use Law Section and past member of its Board of Directors. He concentrates his practice in environmental regulation, land use, permitting, compliance, redevelopment and condemnation litigation.
