The McIntyre Group Enhances Executive Team

Insurance brokerage names a new Marketing Manager and Sales Manager.
  Anthony McIntyre, President of The McIntyre Group, announced the promotion of Adrian Miles, ARM to Vice President of Marketing and James Walker, CIC to Vice President of Sales.
    “At The McIntyre Group, our fundamental belief is that quality service comes from quality people,” said McIntyre.  “Adrian and Jim are two individuals who have proven they are critical to the growth of this organization and have the integrity and discipline to manage people and instill structure as we continue to grow.”
  Adrian Miles, Vice President of Marketing, has been a vital part of the McIntyre team since the firm’s inception.  Miles is responsible for overseeing existing client services and acts as the liaison between clients and their insurance carriers.  He currently services one of the largest books of McIntyre clients and has successfully managed a team of professionals who assist him in delivering superior service.  In his new role he will be responsible for managing the firm’s Account Executive teams, further developing insurance carrier relations, determining allocation of resources within the Account Executive Department and he will continue to add value on corporate strategic issues as an Executive Team member.
    James Walker, Vice President of Sales, joined The McIntyre Group in 2006 as a senior marketing executive and has made a direct impact.  He applied exceptional strategic thinking to his marketing role and has been active in the firm’s growth during the past two years.  Walker brings rich knowledge in sales, strong leadership skills and technical experience to his new role.  While he continues to utilize his skills in analyzing and structuring insurance programs for complex, commercial risk exposures he will be responsible for leading the sales team to reach their new business goals.  He will also continue to support the Executive Team in achieving their corporate objectives.
