Facing an interview can be a nerve-wracking experience.  Successfully understanding what lies behind the five most important interview questions and then being armed with the best responses brings confidence and levels the playing field.

When it comes down to it, prospective employers need answers to the following five questions:

  • Why are you here?
  • What can you do for us?
  • What kind of person are you?
  • What distinguishes you from someone else who can do the same tasks as you?
  • Can I afford you?

Based on the award-winning book, What Color is Your Parachute?, this interactive workshop will take the mystery out of interviewing and equip you with the tools necessary to identify the needs of employers and how to present yourself as the solution to those needs.  Come prepared to practice!

This workshop is free and open to the public. Please reserve a seat by calling Eileen Tootle at 856-903-1233.

  •  For the fifth month, we’re taking a crack at identifying the men and women who make the region go…on a county-by-county basis.
It’s our listing, based on our reader’s suggestions, of at least some of the men and women who keep South Jersey on the move.
We started with Burlington and moved on to Gloucester, Cumberland, and Salem Counties. Now this month’s list focuses on the movers and shakers in Cape May County. Next month it will be Atlantic County.
